It is time to reinstrument in Glean the "contextual-services"-namepsace PingCentre-sent data. From the audit:
contextual_services is used by PartnerLinkAttribution (but only sendContextualServicesPing is sent via PingCentre. makeRequest uses Legacy Telemetry Events) which itself is used by UrlbarInput, UrlbarProviderQuickSuggest, and UrlbarProviderTopSites (for when the user picks a result that is dynamic, a quick suggest, or a topsite). It is also used by the telemetry feed to send topsites impressions and clicks very similarly to activity_stream's (though with slightly different fields).
Alas, this module is presently between owners (I believe it's to be picked up by Mladen's org as it staffs out), so we'll need to try a little harder to find owners for the notification_emails fields and code reviewers (though :nanj has offered to help out here).

Covers topsites (both urlbar and newtab) and quicksuggest impressions,
clicks, and blocks.
